15 minute Naan Bread Pizza with Arugula & Avocado

  1. Turn the broiler on high.
  2. Place the naan in the oven, bottom facing up, to brown for about 1 minute, watching closely so you dont burn them.
  3. Remove from the oven and divide the marinara sauce on top of the naan, spreading in a thin even layer.
  4. Top with crumbled feta cheese, then arugula, then fresh mozzarella.
  5. Place pizzas under the broiler on a pizza stone and broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  6. The arugula will wilt a little, and the ends will become slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven.
  8. Top with sliced avocado.
  9. Eat!
