Rocky Road Chocolate Peppermint Bark

• 2 pkg. (225 g each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 1-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, divided
• 1 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
• 3/4 cup crushed hard peppermint candies, divided

1. Combine chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows, walnuts and half peppermint candies.
2. Spread mixture onto parchment or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
3. Top with remaining marshmallows and crushed peppermints.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
5. Break into 20 pieces; serve.
