Rocky Road Chocolate Peppermint Bark
- 2 pkg. (225 g each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows, divided
- 1 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup crushed hard peppermint candies, divided
- Combine chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows, walnuts and half peppermint candies.
- Spread mixture onto parchment or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
- Top with remaining marshmallows and crushed peppermints.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Break into 20 pieces; serve.
