Garlic Mashed Winter Vegetables (Ww Core)

  1. Place all of the vegetables in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until all of the vegetables are cooked, about 12 minutes.
  3. Test by piercing different pieces with a fork.
  4. Drain the water from the pot.
  5. Add the broth and sour cream and mash by hand.
  6. If your family prefers smooth and creamy, by all means use a mixer.
  7. Add in the thyme, salt and pepper.
  8. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
