Momosita's Salmon Burgers

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peppers, panko, garlic, cilantro and salmon.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ginger, chili paste, egg, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt; add to pepper mixture, tossing gently to combine.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Lightly coat a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Grill or cook patties, 5 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness.
