Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Poach chicken breasts in 1" water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cool and cube chicken.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder to made dressing.
  4. Mix together all other ingredients.
  5. Stir in enough salad dressing to your taste.
  6. Serve on a bed of crisp salad greens.
