Three Cheese Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water.
  2. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  3. Melt 50ml margarine over medium heat, and stir in flour.
  4. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in milk.
  5. Return to medium heat, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Add salt, sugar, 250ml cheddar, and 250ml mozzarella to sauce, and stir until melted.
  7. Mix cottage cheese into sauce and add pasta, stir to combine, and place in a greased casserole dish.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix together 30ml melted margarine and the bread crumbs with 125ml cheddar cheese, use to top casserole.
  9. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
