Borsht - (Dukabor)

  1. Add water, salt, potatoes, beets, dill and carrots to a large pot.
  2. Boil together until soft.
  3. Add the can of tomatoes.

  6. butter untill onions are transparent.
  7. Add to broth along with the rest of the cabbage and onions.
  8. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut in 1/3 lb (.2 kg).
  10. of butter and let set for 20 minutes.
  11. Serve with sweet cream!
