Mustard Sauce

  1. Mix the cream, egg yolks, beef jelly and mustard together and heat in microwave at HIGH for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir 1-2 times with wire wisk.
  3. Drain the pickles and slice thinly.
  4. Season sauce to taste and mix the pickles under.
  5. Put the mustard seeds in cup and heat in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
  6. Pour seeds over sauce.
