Mustard Sauce
- 2 qt. heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp. beef jelly
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. mustard
- 3-1/2 oz. dill pickles
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 oz. mustard seeds
- Mix the cream, egg yolks, beef jelly and mustard together and heat in microwave at HIGH for 5 minutes.
- Stir 1-2 times with wire wisk.
- Drain the pickles and slice thinly.
- Season sauce to taste and mix the pickles under.
- Put the mustard seeds in cup and heat in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.
- Pour seeds over sauce.
