Japanese-style Tofu and Avocado Salad

  1. Remove the skin from the avocado and cut into bite-sizes.
  2. Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces as well.
  3. Shred the lettuce and tofu by hand.
  4. Combine the wasabi and mentsuyu and mix.
  5. Combine the lettuce, avocado, tofu and tomato in a dish (in that order), then drizzle the wasabi and mentsuyu dressing over.
  6. Add a little mayonnaise on top.
  7. Sprinkle bonito flakes and shredded dried seaweed and serve!
