Grilled Chicken Salad with Avocado and Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 small carrot
- 4 cups tightly packed torn frisee
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 1 cup small strawberries, cut in half
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp.
- dressing; brush remaining dressing onto chicken.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Cut chicken crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- Use vegetable peeler to cut carrot into thin slices.
- Combine chicken, carrots and all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add reserved dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
