Sushi Salad Bowl
- 3 1/2 cup cooked short grain brown rice at room temperature
- 3 cup sprouts of your choice
- 2 finely sliced green onions
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 nori sheets, cut into thin inch long strips
- Combine rice, sprouts, green onions, avocado and carrot and toss gently.
- Softly fold in nori strips and top with sesame seeds.
- *You can also add dressing if desired.
- I use Great Ginger Dressing found in my profile.
