Graham Finale Cherry Pie Recipe
- 1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1 can (21 ounce.) cherry pie filling
- 3/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Hellmann's or possibly Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- Brush bottom and sides of pie crust with egg yolk.
- Place on baking sheet; bake in 400 degree oven for 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Spoon pie filling into prepared crust.
- In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- With pastry blender or possibly 2 knives, cut in real mayonnaise till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle over pie filling.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly till crumbs are golden.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
