Graham Finale Cherry Pie Recipe

  1. Brush bottom and sides of pie crust with egg yolk.
  2. Place on baking sheet; bake in 400 degree oven for 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Spoon pie filling into prepared crust.
  4. In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  5. With pastry blender or possibly 2 knives, cut in real mayonnaise till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle over pie filling.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly till crumbs are golden.
  9. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
