Grilled Hummus and Turkey Wrap

  1. Lay the tortilla on a plate and spoon the hummus down the center.
  2. Pile on the turkey and roasted red pepper.
  3. Fold up like a burrito.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Coat with cooking spray and add the wrap (tortilla seam side down).
  6. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy on that side.
  7. Flip and repeat the process.
  8. Cut in half and eat!
