Grilled Hummus and Turkey Wrap
- 1 whole Large Tortilla
- 2 Tablespoons Hummus
- 6 slices Thinly Sliced Deli Smoked Turkey
- 1/2 whole Roasted Red Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- Lay the tortilla on a plate and spoon the hummus down the center.
- Pile on the turkey and roasted red pepper.
- Fold up like a burrito.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Coat with cooking spray and add the wrap (tortilla seam side down).
- Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy on that side.
- Flip and repeat the process.
- Cut in half and eat!
