Haloween Cookies

• 1 cup butter softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 23 cup cocoa powder
• 2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
2. Carefully, by teaspoonfuls drop onto cooke sheet.
3. Bake in the oven until brown.
