Sesame Chicken And Celery

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place in small bowl.
  3. Add soy sauce and ginger; stir to coat.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir broth into cornstarch; set aside.
  6. Add cooking oil; preheat wok or skillet over high heat.
  7. Stir-fry celery and onions 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
  8. Remove.
  9. Add more oil if needed.
  10. Drain chicken.
  11. Reserve soy mixture.
  12. Stir-fry chicken 3 minutes or until browned.
  13. Add soy mixture to broth mixture; stir into wok.
  14. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
  15. Stir in vegetables.
  16. Cover and cook 1 minute. Spoon over rice.
  17. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
