Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Franks RedHot Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Remove chicken meat from bones and shred into bite-sized pieces.
- This is easier to do when the chicken is warm; I usually do it as soon as I get home from the grocery store and refrigerate the shredded chicken until Im ready to make the dip.
- Mix shredded chicken, Redhot sauce, and blue cheese in a bowl.
- Add more Redhot if you like it spicier, and more blue cheese if you like it creamier.
- Its all about you ...
- Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of an 8x8 foil pan.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the cream cheese.
- Cover the chicken with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling, usually about 20-25 minutes.
- I have found that a sturdier cracker or chip works best with this dip.
- Enjoy!
