Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

  1. Remove chicken meat from bones and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. This is easier to do when the chicken is warm; I usually do it as soon as I get home from the grocery store and refrigerate the shredded chicken until Im ready to make the dip.
  3. Mix shredded chicken, Redhot sauce, and blue cheese in a bowl.
  4. Add more Redhot if you like it spicier, and more blue cheese if you like it creamier.

  6. Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of an 8x8 foil pan.
  7. Spread the chicken mixture over the cream cheese.
  8. Cover the chicken with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling, usually about 20-25 minutes.
  10. I have found that a sturdier cracker or chip works best with this dip.
