Mandarin Orange Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
- 13 cup orange, juice- frozen concentrate
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Bake boneless skinless chicken breasts for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- In skillet: Melt orange juice, add brown sugar and nutmeg.
- Wisk down- add corn starch and a little water.
- Add mandarin oranges last.
- Heat up and let it sit to thicken.
- Pour over chicken.
