Mandarin Orange Chicken

  1. Bake boneless skinless chicken breasts for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. In skillet: Melt orange juice, add brown sugar and nutmeg.
  3. Wisk down- add corn starch and a little water.
  4. Add mandarin oranges last.
  5. Heat up and let it sit to thicken.
  6. Pour over chicken.
