Beef Stroganoff (Sour Cream Free)
- 4 lb Stew Beef
- 3 each Onion; medium sized and sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
- 2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 5 each Celery Stalks; chopped
- 8 oz Whole Milk
- 1 lb Egg noodles; cooked
- 1 dash Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 small amount of Paprika
- 1 small amount of Butter
- Pan fry beef in a BIG pan/ wok add a little butter and sprinkle with paprika while browning.
- Add onions, mushrooms and soup to the pan.
- Simmer about 45 minutes.
- Add egg noodles and coat well with sauce.
- Serve Hot!
