Cheesy Baked Potatoes
- 4 baking potatoes (2 lb./900 g)
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prick potatoes, rub with dressing; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour or until tender.
- Cut a cross on top of each potato.
- Open each potato by squeezing the ends towards one another.
- Stuff the opening with cheese.
- Place under broiler 2 min.
- or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
