Cream Puff Ring Recipe

  1. Bring water and butter to boil.
  2. Add in flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat till mix forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
  5. Drop 10 1/2 cupfuls of dough on greased cookie sheet to create a 9 inch ring.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till golden.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet and cold.
  8. Combine cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla till well blended.
  9. Reserve 1/2 c. cream cheese mix.
  10. Fold whipped cream into remaining mix.
  11. Chill.
  12. Carefully cut top from ring; fill with cream cheese mix.
  13. Replace top.
  14. Add in remaining sugar, chocolate and lowfat milk.
  15. To reserve cream cheese mix; mix well.
  16. Spread over ring.
