Nancy Drew Veal Kalbsrouladen

  1. Salt and pepper veal.
  2. Mix together diced bacon, pickle, and onion.
  3. Spread a bit of this over each piece of veal.
  4. Roll up and dredge in flour.
  5. Brown in butter or oil in skillet.
  6. Add beef stock and simmer over low for 45min.
