Unstuffed Cabbage Skillet

  1. Brown meat with onions in Dutch oven or large deep nonstick skillet.
  2. Add tomatoes and dressing mix; mix well.
  3. Stir in cabbage.
  4. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min.
  5. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in water and rice; bring to boil.
  7. Simmer, covered, on low heat 5 min.
  8. Remove from heat; stir.
  9. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  10. before serving.
