Mac and Cheese Casserole
- 3 packages kiebalsa (you can use polish sausage)
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cup milk
- 16 oz velveeta
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp brown mustard
- Put water on to boil for macaroni.
- Cook sausage according to directions on the package.
- Set aside.
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- Leave in strainer.
- In the pan you cooked the pasta add milk, Velveeta and put on medium heat, stirring so it doesn't stick or burn.
- Once the Velveeta is melted add in the sharp cheddar and stir until melted, then add mustard.
- Mix well and then add in pasta, stir until pasta is coated with the cheese sauce.
- Put the macaroni and cheese into a casserole dish.
- Put sausage on top and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown a little.
- You will end up with a few extra sausages, don't worry you will eat them :)
