Almond Jelly Recipe

  1. Heat the 3 pkgs.
  2. gelatine in 5 c. of boiled water.
  3. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the almond extract, sugar, lowfat milk, then stir well.
  5. Allow the solution to cold down.
  6. Chill it till solidified.
  7. Cut it into pcs the size of a cube.
  8. Add in fruit cocktail and remaining 1 Tbsp.
  9. almond extract; mix well and you are ready to serve.
  10. You can add in to its sweetness simply by adding more solution of sugar and water.
  11. This recipe yields 4 servings.
