Almond Jelly Recipe
- 3 pkt unflavored gelatine
- 3 Tbsp. almond extract
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- Heat the 3 pkgs.
- gelatine in 5 c. of boiled water.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- of the almond extract, sugar, lowfat milk, then stir well.
- Allow the solution to cold down.
- Chill it till solidified.
- Cut it into pcs the size of a cube.
- Add in fruit cocktail and remaining 1 Tbsp.
- almond extract; mix well and you are ready to serve.
- You can add in to its sweetness simply by adding more solution of sugar and water.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
