Strawberry Toast

• 4 cups fresh strawberries
• 12 cup sugar
• 4 pieces toasted bread

1. Rinse berries and put in pot, add sugar and cover with cold water.
2. Remove strawberries to a warm dish.
3. Cut toast into halfs (diagonally.
4. ).
5. Dip in pot liquor to soften, put toast on plate.
6. Cover with strawberries and sirup from pot.
