Best Ever Caramel Corn Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. In large shallow roasting pan spread popcorn and nuts in large 1 1/2 qt saucepan.
  3. Stir together sugar, corn syrup and butter.
  4. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till mix boils.
  5. Continue cooking for 5 min without stirring.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and soda.
  7. Pour over popcorn and nuts and stir to coat.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
  9. Stir every 15 min.
  10. Cold; break apart.
