Korean Coleslaw
- 2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 Asian pear, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- Combine all ingredients except nuts and sesame seed.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with remaining ingredients just before serving.
