Choc Raspberry Cheesecake Slice
- 150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
- 50g butter, melted
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- Rind and juice 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
- Combine the Oreo* crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 20 x 25cm tin.
- Chill.
- Beat the Philly*, sugar and lemon juice using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, sour cream and flour until well combined.
- Stir in the lemon rind.
- Pour mixture into prepared base, sprinkle with the raspberries and bake at 160C for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool, then slice and serve warm or chilled.
