Avocado Salsa
- 4 large ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa (medium or hot)
- 1 teaspoon habanero sauce, franks hot sauce will work as well (two if you like it spicy like I do)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- your favorite brand nacho chip
- mash the avocados, leaving small chunks.
- add remaining ingredients, and mix together.
- let sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours uncovered.
