Creamy Caesar Potato Salad
- 2 lb. (900 g) red potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch chunks King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 10 to 12 min.
- or just until tender; drain.
- Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to evenly coat potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Serve warm.
