Chicken Ghost
- 1 kg Chicken - cut bite size
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 teasp Cumin powder
- 1 teasp coriander powder
- 1 teasp tumeric powder
- 1 cup Parsley or Fresh Coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 large tomatos diced
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 5 pods cardamon
- 3 tablspn oil for frying
- Place chicken in a bowl.
- Add yogurt, cumin, coriander, tumeric, chilli powder, chopped parsley, tomatoes and salt.
- Mix the marinate with the chicken and put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Heat saucepan and add oil.
- Add the spices when oil is hot.
- Add sliced onions and fry till lightly brown.
- Add the marinate chicken and cover n cook for ten minutes.
- Uncover and cook til chicken is nicely cooked.
- Serve with rice or bread.
