Chicken Ghost

  1. Place chicken in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, cumin, coriander, tumeric, chilli powder, chopped parsley, tomatoes and salt.
  3. Mix the marinate with the chicken and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  4. Heat saucepan and add oil.
  5. Add the spices when oil is hot.
  6. Add sliced onions and fry till lightly brown.
  7. Add the marinate chicken and cover n cook for ten minutes.
  8. Uncover and cook til chicken is nicely cooked.
  9. Serve with rice or bread.
