Quick Pork With Mild Spices

  1. Heat 1 tbs of the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot.
  2. Add the pork and stir fry for 3-4 mins until it starts to brown.
  3. Remove from the pan, set aside and wipe the pan out with piece of kitchen paper.
  4. Pour the remaining oil into the pan and tip in the spices.
  5. Cook over a medium heat for 1 min to release their aromas.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 3-4 mins over a high heat until reduced by half.
  7. Throw in the peas.
  8. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the yogurt.
  9. Season if you like.Add the pork and warm through, then scatter over the cilantro.
  10. Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta.
