Basil and Red Pepper Tabbouleh

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a microwavable dish, stir well, cover, and microwave for 3 and 1/2 minutes on HIGH.
  2. Uncover and fluff well with a fork.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding salt and hot sauce to taste.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  5. Serve right away or refrigerate.
