Low Fat Peach Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; pat into bottom and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light, fluffy and smooth.
  4. Gradually add lemon juice and egg substitute; beat well.
  5. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour over prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until center of cheesecake is set.
  8. Gently run tip of knife along edge of pan.
  9. Cool to room temperature.
