Bourbon Barbecue Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. catsup
• 1/3 c. bourbon
• 1/4 c. molasses
• 1/4 c. vinegar, red
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Mix and let stand several hrs.
2. Can be used as marinade or possibly basting sauce.
3. Makes about 2 c..
