Amor!

• 1 ounce dry gin
• 1 ounce blueberry juice
• 3 ounces sparkling wine

1. Shake the gin and blueverry juice.
2. Pour into a chilled flute.
3. Gently stir in the sparkling wine.
4. I use Asti Spumanti.
5. Serve in a chamgagne flute.
