Curried Potatoes Recipe

• 6 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
• 4 teaspoon butter
• 1 med. yellow onion, minced
• 1 tbsp. curry pwdr

1. In medium saucepan, bring 3 c. of water to boil; add in potatoes and cook 15 min partially covered; drain and cold.
2. In a 10 inch skillet, heat butter, onion.
3. Saute/fry 5 min; stir in curry pwdr, add in potatoes.
4. Stir 2 min, transfer to heated platter.
