Guacamole Especial
- 6 ripe Hass avocados
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon diced jalapeno
- 1 large bag white corn tortilla chips
- Cut avocados lengthwise, remove the seed, and scoop contents into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork.
- Drain the liquid from the salsa and discard.
- Add to the avocados the salsa, lemon pepper, red pepper powder, and jalapeno.
- Mix together until all the ingredients are blended.
- Serve in a bowl with white corn tortilla chips.
