AMIEs PANCIT CANTON

  1. Saute garlic, onion and pork.
  2. Combine carrot.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add chicken liver, shrimps and chicken meat.
  5. Season with salt, ajinomoto and soy sauce.
  6. Pour broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Add all the other vegetables.
  8. Thicken with dispersed cornstarch.
  9. Stir canton and cook 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot!
