AMIEs PANCIT CANTON
- 1/4 kg shrimps
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 lean pork, sliced
- 5 pcs. chicken liver
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ajinomoto, if desired
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup broth
- 1 carrot, in strips
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
- 4 cabbage leaves, shredded
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dispersed in 1/4 cup water
- 1 packages pancit canton (dried Chinese noodles)
- Saute garlic, onion and pork.
- Combine carrot.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken liver, shrimps and chicken meat.
- Season with salt, ajinomoto and soy sauce.
- Pour broth and bring to a boil.
- Add all the other vegetables.
- Thicken with dispersed cornstarch.
- Stir canton and cook 10 minutes.
- Serve hot!
