Neutral - A&B Method - Artichokes Milano With Tofu

  1. Put tofu in blender or food processor.
  2. Add oil, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place artichokes on serving platter, and tofu mixture into small dipping bowl.
