Easy Mushroom And Sausage Risotto

  1. Brown crumbled sausage with mushrooms and onion in oil in medium pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in broth, rice, oregano and water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Cover, simmer over low heat 20 to 25 min.
  5. Stir in parmesan just before serving.
