Tender Chuck Roast Recipe

  1. Brown roast on both sides with cut up onion and minced garlic.
  2. Add in 1/4 c. water plus 1 can tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Simmer slowly 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  4. Add in carrots and potatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes.
  5. Cook till vegetables are to your taste.
  6. Half of cabbage cut in wedges adds a different flair.
