Chicken & Pork Meatballs! Sweet and Sour Sauce

  1. Combine the ingredients for the meatballs and knead well.
  2. Shape into small round patties, and brown both sides in pan.
  3. Covering with a lid helps steam cook the meatballs evenly.
  4. Combine and mix the ingredients for the sauce (including the katakuriko).
  5. Turn off the heat, and pour the prepared sauce.
  6. Turn on the heat again and gently shake the pan to coat the meatballs.
  7. For a thick, strong-flavored sauce, simmer well.
