Creamed Cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a bowl, combine cornmeal, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Whisk together.
  4. In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, and cornmeal.
  5. Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients and stir.
  6. Bake until golden brown and springs back upon touch.
  7. About 20 minutes.
