Ginger Soy Salmon

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and Dijon in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Whisk in olive oil.
  3. Put the salmon into a non-reactive dish.
  4. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillet.
  5. Put dish into the refrigerator and marinate for 1-4 hours.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove salmon from marinade.
  8. Put salmon onto the hot grill and grill over medium high heat on both sides until firm and cooked through, about 12 minutes total.
  9. Serve with fresh squeezed lemon.
