One Pot Spaghetti

  1. Drizzle meat with olive oil and brown in a stock pot over medium heat for 7-9 minutes.
  2. Add onions, garlic, oregano, red pepper flake, and salt & pepper.
  3. Continue to heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour vegetable broth and tomato sauce into pot.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add spaghetti, tomatoes, and basil.
  7. Cover with lid and simmer for 17 minutes, until noodles are cooked al dente.
  8. Top with parmesan.
