Pork Marsala

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour .In a skillet,heat oil,cook pork ,in batches and turning once,until just a hint of pink.transfer to plate.
  3. saute shallot and garlic until soft.Add mushroom,italian seasoning saute until golden
  4. Add Marsala,cook until reduce by half.Add broth and 1/4 cup of water,simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Meanwhile make a paste with the butter and flour stir into sauce and cook until thickened.return pork to pan and heat through about 5-7 minutes.
