Garlic mayo baby potatoes in chimichurri

  1. Boil baby potatoes to your desired level
  2. Once boiled, put into a salad bowl / pot, and add a dollop of mayonnaise.
  3. Stir until all potatoes are marinated in mayo
  4. Crush two garlic cloves in salt, add to the potatoes and mix again
  5. Pour a tablespoon of the chimichurri sauce onto the potatoes, mix and allow to settle for two minutes
  6. Enjoy a simple twist to baby potatoes
