Ono Pie (Pineapple Cream Cheese)

  1. mix gelatin with saved juice.
  2. Set aside.
  3. whip cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Set aside.
  5. blend sugar, egg and cream cheese until smooth and pineapple mix well.
  6. add gelatin mixture.
  7. Fold whip cream with cream cheese mixture.
  8. Split between 8" pie crusts.
  9. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
