Roasted Vegetables With Tortellini

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons light butter in 13x9-inch baking pan; heat in oven 1-2 minutes or until melted .
  3. Stir in vegetables, garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally, 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  5. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  6. Drain; return to pan.
  7. Stir in remaining light butter and roasted vegetables.
  8. Salt to taste, if desired.
  9. *Substitute Land O Lakes Butter.
